(breeder), and __________ (Buyer), whereby title to a ___________ French Bulldog,
whelped on the _____ day of _____, AKC Litter Registration# __________ is
transferred to buyer.

The breeder will deliver to the buyer the completed AKC registration certificate and
health records upon the fulfillment of the following:
1. Purchase price of ____Limited_____ or __Full______
2. Transportation cost paid by the buyer.
BUYER'S RESPONSIBILITIES-
Have pup examined by a licensed veterinarian within time allotted on guarantee, usually three to five
days from the date he/she comes home to you. Seller must be informed of the results of vet check
whether good or bad, by midnight on same day, via e-mail. It is not necessary to obtain a written
report from your vet, just inform me of how it went.
FAILURE TO DO THIS BY BUYER WILL RESULT IN THE CANCELLATION OF THIS
GUARANTEE!! NO EXCUSES. YOU, THE BUYER WILL INVALIDATE ANY/ALL TERMS OF
CONTRACT BY NOT NOTIFYING ME OF THE RESULTS AND YOU WILL TERMINATE YOUR
RIGHTS TO ANY COMPENSATION, EVER. THE GUARANTEE/CONTRACT IS INVALID IF
CONDITIONS ARE NOT MET.
Provide pup with routine preventative care such as but not limited to : ANNUAL PHYSICAL EXAM
BY YOUR VET. FOLLOW VET GUIDELINES ON DEWORMING, HEARTWORM PREVENTION
AND VACCINATIONS. PROVIDE A PREMIUM FOOD. HOUSE THE ANIMAL CORRECTLY, NO
CHAINS IN THE BACKYARD.
HEALTH GUARANTEE-
This pup is guaranteed for 6 months against fatal and life altering congenital disease which adversely
affects the health of the animal. This includes severe hip dysplasia, which hampers dog's movement
and requires surgery to return him to ambulatory state. These would include kidney, heart, pancreas,
spine, and liver problems of severe, life threatening nature. If the dog dies within the 6 month time
frame the buyer will pay to have it autopsied. If reason is congenital, genetic seller will replace pup
within 12 months of report.
This guarantee does not cover what we in the BULLDOG breeds consider normal: Cherry eye,
entropion, ectropion, "loose" hips or knees, allergies, soft palate issues, trachea issues, stenotic nares,
inverted tails, fertility issues, parasitic, fungal or bacterial infection, respiratory infection ect. Buyer
understands that bulldogs are special and that special consideration must be given if buying one of
these breeds. We will not cover death if your pup has been put under (surgery ect, and has died).
Putting a Bulldog under requires a skilled and knowledgeable vet.
All items covered by this guarantee are replacement only. You must return affected pup to us and we
will replace him/her. WE DO NOT GIVE REFUNDS!!!
Seller is not responsible for medical expenses incurred. Buyer is aware that owning a pup means trips
to the vet and bills. Buyer understands he/she will be responsible for ALL the vet bills. Pup has been
vet checked prior to leaving us and found to be in good health.
As of the date of delivery, your pup will be current on vaccinations and de worming. The buyer has
been informed of this. Buyer is aware puppy will need more vaccinations and de worming and agrees
to provide these. Buyer understands that though his/her pup is current on the shots, more are needed
to provide immunity to disease.
Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs UNLESS stated otherwise. Pup must be paid in FULL
before it leaves us.
Pup is guarantee against Parco Virus and Distemper for 48 hours upon arrival to your home.
Buyer must have ELSIA test performed within this 48 hours if claiming either of these viruses.
This guarantee does not included coccidian or kennel cough, both of which can be common in
puppies. Kennel Cough is usually self limiting. Full recovery is expected and on its own is not life
threatening.
A pup showing serious signs of severe congenital defect will be replaced as follows:
Animal must show defect by six months of age. Seller must be notified of the problem within two
days of diagnosis. Buyer must have reports from two licensed vets from two unassociated
veterinarians. These reports must reach same diagnosis and conclusion. Seller will replace pup with
one of equal or greater value within 12 months. Replacement pup is chosen by seller.
A pup with defect must be returned to seller or if the situation is grave enough, euthanized with prior
permission from seller, for buyer to be qualified for replacement pup. Replacement pup will be one of
equal value but is seller's choice. Affected pup will be replaced within 12 months of the affected pup
returned to us. No refund in full or part will be given. The returned pup must be in good condition,
other then specified problem. Buyer is responsible for all cost to return pup to seller. Buyer is also
responsible for costs to get replacement pup to buyer. No replacement will be given to seller if pup is
euthanized without seller's permission. No replacement will be given if pup dies and buyer does not
perform autopsy or if autopsy does not show congenital defect caused death. Seller has the right to
request pup's remains to be autopsied by state lab, buyer pays for this. Any physical problem which is
or could be caused by accident or injury, neglect or poor diet is not covered in this guarantee.
There is no guarantee or warranty that buyer will be able to breed or show the pup, regardless of
show or breeding potential.
This contract is good for original buyer only and is not transferable. If buyer refuses to pay balance,
changes mind, does not take timely delivery of the pup, the deposit will be forfeited. Deposits are
NON REFUNDABLE for any reason other then pup is found to have serious health issue at our vet
check or you have placed a deposit on "future" pup and for whatever reason that pup is not born.
Buyer agrees and understands that this contract is the only guarantee set forth.
No other warranties either expressed or implied.
Should the buyer breed a puppy sold on limited registration accidentally or deliberately, Buyer agrees to
pay the breeder the sum of Five Thousand U.S. Dollars.
If buyer fails to the above stated conditions breeder has full option and right to reclaim the dog at the
buyers expense.
The buyer agrees to return this said dog to the breeder should they ever have to part with it for any
reason. Breeder will refund any monies of said dog is re-homed, (minus breeders expenses while
caring for the said dog).
I the breeder hold exclusive stud rights for this said puppy. If this puppy is of breeding quality, I the
breeder shall have right to stud service at no charge. If any procedure is necessary regarding the
breeding, the breeder will cover the charge. This doesn’t mean you get a free puppy or any other
compensation from the breeding.
PJ'S is to appear in the front of the puppy’s registered name (ex. PJ'S Wonder Dog).
Buyer also understands/agrees that place of venue and jurisdiction is Pittsburgh, Pa.
This contract is null and void if the above terms are not met.
